Got out of my Wal-mart options in one piece.
One of my biggest positions that I recently sold were my Wal-mart 50 strike options expiring in 2009 at $4.60. (I bought it at an average price of $4.20). At one point, these options went down to $2.60 !! It may probably go higher but why take the chance since time is not a friend to options (I still own some Wal-mart shares though).
Now I can add to my positions in Moody (MCO) and Capital One (COF). Sears Holdings (SHLD) also looks cheap at $118 but I'd rather wait until the earnings come out Nov 29.
