Wellpoint and United Health, both great stock picks.

Here's a great article on managed-care organizations (MCOs) and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs)

"As MCOs, WellPoint and UnitedHealth connect millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of health-care providers. As with the PBMs, size is the key determinant of bargaining power. Customers want access to a broad network of providers, and providers want access to all of those patients. If you have health insurance and you've ever been to the hospital, most likely you've noticed that the insurer paid only a small fraction of what the hospital billed. The bigger the insurer, the more valuable its customer base and the greater its negotiating power.

So who has the greater bargaining power? In our opinion, the MCOs are the clear winners.."-Stock Article Link
